The wide beaches, well-stocked aquarium, flashy casino, beachfront shopping centres and a long, grassy promenade all work together to create the ideal holiday vibe. Most of the beachside attractions of Port Elizabeth are spread out along Summerstrand but, if you are interested in history, you have to start your explorations in the city centre. Welcome to Spur Steak Ranches. Nothing brings people together like sharing a great meal in a warm, family environment. Generous portions, great service and a friendly vibe where everyone is welcome; that is what Spur’s about and that’s what has made it South Africa’s favourite family restaurant. The hostel is 1.2 km from Port Elizabeth Railway Station, 2 km from Humewood Road Railway Station and 2.4 km from Port Elizabeth Golf Club. Port Elizabeth Airport is 2 km away. I enjoy sharing Chinese food with the staff and other guests in the hotel, and they also shared African food with me.
